⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was, without a doubt, the most thorough home inspection I’ve ever had. Our inspector, Mitchell Van Duren, did an outstanding job. He took his time, carefully inspected every part of the home, and documented everything in a way that gave me complete confidence in the inspection. Compared to nearly every other home inspection I’ve had over the years, this was on an entirely different level. If you’re wondering whether you need to be present during the inspection, you certainly can be, but after this experience, I would completely trust Mitchell and 1st Choice Home Inspections to perform a thorough, professional inspection even if you couldn’t attend. I highly recommend 1st Choice Home Inspections to anyone in Tennessee who is within their service area. The inspection was absolutely worth every penny. I can’t speak to how their pricing compares to other companies in the area, but regardless of the cost, the quality of the service made it an excellent value. Thank you, Mitchell, and the entire team at 1st Choice Home Inspections. Keep up the outstanding work!

Mitchell was super thorough and took time at the end of his inspection to go over key findings and concerns with us. He is clearly knowledgeable and experienced. Super nice guy too! Hopefully the sellers will correct the key issues so we can close on this home.

Josh was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend 1st choice!

Wonderful company! We called them at the last minute with an urgent request, and they were able to come out the very same day. Danny was fantastic! We truly appreciate the prompt service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need!
